This page explains your cancellation rights when you deal with Pro Guard Roofing Specialists Ltd.
Where you enter into a contract away from our business premises (for example following a home visit), you may have a statutory cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Where that right applies, you can cancel within 14 days of entering the contract without giving a reason.
If you ask us to start work during the cooling-off period, you may still cancel, but you may be charged a reasonable amount for work already carried out and materials already ordered or used up to the point we receive your cancellation.
To cancel, please contact us in writing by email at info@proguardroofingspecialists.co.uk or by post to our registered office, clearly stating that you wish to cancel. Include your name, address, telephone number and any quotation or job reference so we can identify your contract quickly.
Emergency call-outs, made-to-measure materials and work completed with your express request to begin during the cooling-off period may affect or limit cancellation rights. Your written quotation will set out any specific terms that apply to your job.
